TEAM  and  COMMITMENT.

Obviously, as you have all seen throughout the selection camp, our 2010-2011 program will have some very different features from coaching to skill development. We have decided to structure the program to position our club to achieve any goal we set for ourselves. It will be up to the players and coaching staff to set those goals and then to make the commitment it will take to achieve them. That includes in-game and practice commitments and commitments that have nothing to do with hockey.

Winning teams act like teams 100% of the time,

in all settings, in all situations

 That gives each of you the idea of what we are looking for and what our expectations will be for each of you this season.  

We have had a great camp with many new faces in the coaching staff and in the player group. We have accomplished a great deal to give us a leg up on development for the upcoming season. We applaud all the players who have made the commitment to the 2010 selection camp and we have been impressed with the dedication of each of you to use the camp as a way to condition yourself for the season and to develop your skills. We all look forward to coming together as teams, and as an organization, to have a season that we can all be proud of.
